Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free on all orders.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped.

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days after your order is placed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing, postal delays or busy periods.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update after you receive it.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are applied once the package reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the product or the shipping cost.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
